I collaborated with Snam, the owner of Italy's gas pipeline infrastructure, to redesign their billing tool, which previously relied on SAP technology and had notable usability issues. My involvement aimed to overhaul the user experience, making the tool more intuitive and efficient for end-users. This project focused on addressing the pain points identified in the existing system and delivering a solution that improved operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
