In this project, I collaborated with Plenitude, an energy provider, alongside French colleagues to create the company's UI kit. We employed an agile work methodology, working in 2-week design sprints. This experience was highly formative, teaching me the value of an approach that emphasizes individual accountability within the team. This empowerment allowed us to advance rapidly towards our goals, ensuring a streamlined and effective development process.
