Enhancing Ticketing and Package Tracking Through User-Centric Design
For this project, I collaborated with BRT to revamp the graphical interface of their business client management dashboard. Following an extensive phase of interviews with end-users, I focused on redesigning the ticketing and package tracking sections.
My goal was to improve usability and efficiency based on direct feedback from the users. This user-centric approach ensured that the new dashboard not only met the functional requirements but also provided an intuitive and seamless experience for BRT's clients.
